Cookie notice
This page describes the small amount of storage used by lucid-latticepoint.click. It sits alongside the privacy notice. Last updated 20 September 2026.
What cookies are
A cookie is a short text file a site asks your browser to keep, so a later visit can recognise a setting. Similar storage exists in the browser under localStorage. This academy site uses localStorage for your banner choice and does not set an analytics cookie.
Types we use
Essential storage is the consent record that remembers whether the banner should stay hidden. Analytics cookies are not loaded. Rejecting the banner does not lock any page, form, or course description. Accepting it records the choice and hides the banner; it does not switch on a tracker.
Storage table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| llp-cookie-consent | Remembers Accept or Reject so the banner stays dismissed. Stored in localStorage, not as an HTTP cookie. | Until you clear site data for this domain | Lucid Latticepoint Academy |
| Google Fonts requests | The browser requests Cormorant Garamond and Outfit so the pages can use those typefaces. Google may process an IP address as part of that request. This is a third-party connection, not a cookie we set. | Governed by your browser and by Google |
Third parties
Typeface files are fetched from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. We do not embed advertising, social plugins, or an analytics suite. If those parties set their own cookies during a font request, their policies apply. The chart images on this site are files we host ourselves.
How to manage or disable storage
Use the Reject or Accept button on the banner. To change your mind later, clear site data for lucid-latticepoint.click in your browser settings and reload; the banner returns. You can also block third-party requests or disable localStorage in the browser. Blocking fonts will leave the text in your browser’s fallback serif and sans, and the pages remain readable.
Impact of disabling
If you reject the banner or clear storage, course pages, the enquiry form, and the journal stay available. You will see the banner again on the next visit until a choice is stored. Disabling JavaScript hides the banner’s buttons and shows the navigation without the compact menu control; content remains in the page.
