Refunds and cancellations

How to ask

Write or call with the name on the confirmation note, the course, and the date. The academy confirms eligibility in writing. Refunds are paid to the same bank account that sent the tuition, unless you ask in writing for another account in the same payer’s name. Processing time is 14 working days after we confirm that a refund is due.

Chart Pattern Studio

Cancel 10 or more days before the first evening and the tuition is refunded in full. Cancel inside 10 days but before the first evening and the academy retains 3,000 THB for the printed pack prepared in your name; the rest is refunded. Once the first evening has started, the remaining evenings are not refunded. You may transfer the unused evenings once to another adult, if you name them before the second evening and they can attend the same dates. Work already taught is not re-priced as a shorter course.

Saturday Chart Desk

Cancel 7 or more days before the Saturday and the fee is refunded in full. Cancel inside 7 days and at least 48 hours before 10:00 on the day, and half the fee is refunded. Inside 48 hours, the fee is kept because the sheet has been set at your place and the seat is unlikely to be filled. If the academy cancels the Saturday, the fee is refunded in full.

Pattern Clinic

Cancel or reschedule by telephone at least 24 hours before the appointment and the fee is refunded or moved once, at your choice. A cancellation inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment with no message, is not refunded and is not replaced. If the tutor cancels, you may take a full refund or the next open hour.

Rescheduling

A studio student who misses one evening may collect the marked sheet later. The evening itself is not restaged. A clinic may move once under the 24-hour rule. A Saturday seat may move to a later published Saturday if you ask at least 48 hours ahead and that later day still has a chair; otherwise the refund rules above apply.

Materials and work already started

Chart packs printed with a student’s name are prepared before the first meeting. Their cost is the 3,000 THB retained when a studio cancellation falls inside 10 days. Packs already handed out are not returned for a further refund. Pencil work done in class, and clinic time already spent, are the taught portion and are outside a later refund.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not call, the sitting proceeds without you. Studio and Saturday fees follow the timelines above, measured from the start time you missed. A clinic no-show forfeits that appointment fee.

Conduct

If you are asked to leave for disrupting the room, tuition for evenings not yet held may be refunded at the academy’s discretion after the cost of materials already issued. The evening in which the conduct occurred is not refunded.

Exceptions

Illness or travel disruption can be considered if you write before the start time and, where you have it, attach a short note of the circumstance. The academy may offer a transfer to a later cohort instead of cash where a pack has already been printed. These rules do not limit any non-excludable right under Thai consumer law.
