Acceptance

By using the site or by confirming a seat, you agree to these terms and to the refund rules published at the refunds page. If you enrol on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may commit that company to the tuition named in the confirmation note.

The academy

The business is Lucid Latticepoint Academy Co., Ltd., established in 2014, teaching at 101/2 Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan 10130. Telephone 023851128. Email hello@lucid-latticepoint.click. Courses are technical analysis training centred on chart pattern recognition, taught in person and in English to adults.

What a course includes

The confirmation note states the course name, dates, fee, and what is included. Classroom teaching, printed exercise sheets, and in-class pencils are part of the published courses. Brokerage accounts, order placement, custody of funds, and personal trade instructions are outside every course. Students keep their own market relationships.

Seats and conduct

A seat is held when tuition has been received as described on the tuition page, unless the confirmation note says otherwise. The studio room holds twelve students. The Saturday layout holds sixteen. The clinic is one student. You may be asked to leave an evening, without a refund for that evening, if you disrupt the drawing work or harass another student or a teacher. Remaining tuition in that case is handled under the refund page’s section on conduct.

Intellectual property

Chart packs, wall sheets, homework keys, and the text of this site are owned by the academy unless a page says a student wrote a note. You may keep your marked copy for personal study. You may not republish the chart pack, sell photocopies, or record a class without written consent. Drawings you make on your own notebook remain yours. Annotations the tutor writes on your clinic sheets are part of the sitting and may be kept by you for personal study.

Website

Course descriptions and fees on the site are invitations to enquire. A contract for a seat is formed when the academy sends a confirmation note and you pay the tuition stated in it. The site may be updated as cohorts change. Journal articles describe classroom method. They are educational writing, and any decision you take in a market remains your own.

Liability

Chart classes teach a way of drawing and naming patterns on historical sheets. Markets can ignore a correctly drawn pattern. To the extent Thai law allows, the academy’s liability arising from a course is limited to the tuition you paid for that course. The academy is not liable for trading losses, missed market hours, or travel costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from a course, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right you hold.
