Data controller

What we collect

From the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, chosen course, preferred date if you give one, and the message you write. If you telephone, we collect the number you called from and the details you give about attendance. When you enrol, we keep the confirmation note, the tuition record, and an attendance list for that cohort. Clinic sheets you bring stay with you; we do not file copies unless you ask us to hold one for a follow-up sitting.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer you and to offer a seat in the course you named. We use tuition and attendance records to run the class, issue a receipt, and meet Thai accounting duties. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and legal obligation for financial records. Where we send occasional notes about the next cohort to people who asked to hear about dates, we rely on consent, which you may withdraw by writing to the desk.

Retention

Unanswered and completed enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted or reduced to a count that no longer names you. Tuition records are kept for the period Thai accounting rules require. Attendance sheets for a cohort are kept for the current calendar year and the previous one, then destroyed. A consent choice stored in your browser stays there until you clear site data; we do not receive a copy of that choice on a server.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Staff who teach and the person who answers the desk see enquiry and attendance details. Our email provider stores correspondence so we can reply. A bank sees the transfer you choose to make. We may disclose information if Thai law requires it.

International transfers

The academy works in Thailand. Email messages may be stored by our mail provider on servers outside Thailand, under that provider’s terms and with safeguards appropriate to the message content. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser may send an IP address to Google when those files are requested. We do not send student charts or enquiry messages to an advertising network.

Your rights

Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. Send requests to hello@lucid-latticepoint.click. We may need to confirm your identity before we release a copy. We aim to answer within 30 days.

Children

Courses are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly enrol children or collect their data through the enquiry form.
